Marie-jose Poulet has a spirited excitement for increasing efficiencies and operational effectiveness for small businesses.

She studied psychology and fashion design in her native Belgium and co-owned and operated a popular cafe, where she learned how to run a lean organization and market her business by creating an experience.

Marie-jose came to the United States in 1990 and in 2000 joined Thinking Caps, a Phoenix-based design firm specializing in Environmental Graphic Design.  There, she was a guiding force in establishing the studio as a highly recognized and reputable firm in the design industry.  As the Studio Director, she was responsible for operations, marketing and proposal development.

In 2013, Marie-jose joined 180 degrees.  Her greatest joy is to minimize the client's burden (internally and externally) so that everyone can focus on what they do best.

Marie-jose received a Presidential Commendation from the AIA Arizona in 2014 for her work with Arizona Kids Build Program.
