Ben Walker was born and raised in Park City Utah, but later moved to Phoenix with his family where he grew to love the desert as much as he loved the mountains.  Ben comes from a family of architects and grew up walking his father's jobsites, which is where he became fascinated with the blend of design and the build process.  Ben also has an obsession with the fresh smell of lumber and Aspen trees.

Ben started his architecture studies at San Diego Mesa College, but found he surfed too much so decided to continue his studies at ASU where he earned his B.S. and Master's degrees in Architecture.  Ben, along with fellow friends/students, earned the top independent thesis prize for their creation of Studio 1to1 - a studio concentrated on re-development strategies within the South Phoenix area.

After graduate school Ben worked in downtown San Francisco before settling back in the desert.  Ben has worked on a wide variety of project types including hospitality, restaurants and bars, retail, fast paced office TI's and custom homes.

Ben is also an avid traveler and sports guy.  Ben has traveled throughout Central America, Europe, South East Asia and the Hawaiian Islands -surfing the globe.  In his off time he enjoys skiing, golfing, tennis, surfing and hiking with his wife.
