six-degrees tenant improvement was designed by Architekton and built by 180 degrees
The project is a 10,000 sf tenant improvement for six-degrees in Scottsdale, Arizona. The modest budget and desire for a creative, collaborative environment, led to a collection of elements within its industrial shell. Translucent fiberglass clad offices reconcile the raw walls and random windows allowing borrowed light into the interior of the space. Other platonic forms are juxtaposed to create collaborative spaces and minimal circulation. An elliptical centralized kitchen catalyzes the work environment and activates the open environment where staff work, play and create.
