Located on a 43 acre site in Coconino County the equestrian facility is comprised of two pre-existing caretaker residences, a 3,000 square foot stables with adjoining barn and outdoor riding arena. 180 degrees was commissioned to design a master plan for the facility and a phased design for the addition of the following:
     28,800 square foot indoor riding arena
     13,400 square foot stables and barn
       2,800 square foot guest quarters [over barn]
       4,000 square foot elevated patio areas
       6,900 square foot kennel
