berland residence was designed by and built by 180 degrees design + build

Renovation of a 4,200 sf 1960's ranch style home including a complete interior remodel. The new 5,000 sf four bedroom, three bath residence has stained concrete floors, aluminum windows and stainless steel and granite countertops. A slice was taken out of the house to incorporate an aluminum window wall system that showcases the views of the south face of Camelback Mountain.
